[UNDERGRADUATES] The Results of Allocation and Reallocation of Dormitories for 2025/2026 Academic Year
Dear students,
To protect personal information, please log in to the system (https://housing.ntu.edu.tw/) to see the results of allocation and reallocation of dormitories for 2025/2026. For the convenience of students who want to change the draw result, you can see all results after you log in to the system, but please do not download the file or share it on the internet so as not to cause personal data breaches.
Change the draw result - Students who wish to change the results of the draw can follow the process below:
- Same campus exchange: From Wednesday, May 14th, 2025 at 10 am to Monday, May 26th, 2025 at 5 pm.
- Students who want to change the draw result can find students or groups willing to exchange. Students can apply in person or online.
- Apply in person: Please bring the student IDs of both parties to the Student Housing Service Division Office. (Each group can select one representative to bring all applicants’ student IDs to the Student Housing Service Division Office.
- Apply online: Online applications require only one group member to complete the form and upload images of all applicants' student IDs. Application Website: https://forms.gle/cYwscQMiwXHWPiqA6
- Change of draw platform: Students should apply online at https://ppt.cc/fLTIex and check the related information at https://ppt.cc/fPQ2Gx
- Announcement of change result: Announced on the Student Housing Service Division website on Wednesday, May 28th, 2025 at 2 pm.
- Cross-campus exchange: From Wednesday, May 14th, 2025 at 10 am to Friday, May 16th, 2025 at 5 pm.
- Please register for the cross-campus draw at https://forms.gle/gX5fysN9NjMGASsP8.
- The final result will be announced on the website of Student Housing Service Division at 2 pm on 20th May (Tuesday). (After the cross-campus draw results are announced, you can also proceed with the same-campus exchange.)
- Summer term residents for eight weeks can begin moving into their new rooms around Sunday, August 10th, 2025, and must complete their move by Saturday, August 16th, 2025.
- Non-summer term and Summer term residents for less than eight weeks: Monday, August 25th, 2025, is the earliest date you may move into the new dorm.
- The relocation date of each dormitory or bed may vary depending on the building; please cooperate with the Resident Director’s announcements. If you have any questions, please contact the Resident Director directly: https://osa_dorm.ntu.edu.tw/AboutUs/ResidentDirectors

*The actual number of applicants includes those who were granted continued residency in the March draw but did not log in to select their preferences this time.
Remaining vacancies from this draw, as well as those that become available due to students going on exchange, taking leave of absence, moving to BOT dormitories, or relocating off-campus, will be temporarily held until after the dormitory application process for incoming freshmen in August. These vacancies will be filled in order from the waitlist of the March continued residency lottery. Notifications will be sent via email.
If you wish to forfeit your housing offer or your spot on the waitlist, please notify the Student Housing Service Division as soon as possible to help expedite the process.
